MOVE OUT CLEANING
We love transparacy here. Our move out cleanings base price is $.40 per sq ft. This price does not include any removal of items that were left behind. It also does not include extreme cases of filth. We charge a base price of $300 in addition to the $.40/sq ft, if any larger items need to be disposed of. This cost might go up depending on the amount of items.
